	Green Hill School, Chehalis, WA Tres West Engineers is currently providing mechanical engineering services for the addition of a new Health Center/Admin (HCA) building and an Intensive Management Unit (IMU) building. The HCA building will be 20,275 square feet upon completion with a total cost of approximately $6,186,420. The IMU building will be 11,290 square feet upon completion with a total cost of approximately $3,770,240.

	Mission Creek Corrections Center for Women, Belfair, WA Providing engineering design services for the new 120 bed dormitory facility. The scope of services include the full range from schematic design and bid documents through construction administration. The total project cost is $1.9 million with mechanical systems at $560,000.
