King County Aquatics Center, Federal Way, WA As prime design consultant, Tres West Engineers provided consulting services for the addition of glycol-based runaround heat reclaim systems to the air systems serving the locker rooms, upgrades to the facility lighting, and a complete replacement of the HVAC system serving the lobby area. The project bid was $257,000. The energy savings resulted in a $92,000 reimbursement from Puget Sound Energy. This project demonstrates the ability of our firm to plan, design, and coordinate mechanical and electrical projects which both improve the comfort and energy efficiency of a facility.
	Tacoma - Pierce County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Tacoma, WA The Tacoma-Pierce County Emergency Operations Center was constructed inside of an existing warehouse. The facility is co-located with the Urban Search and Rescue, Pierce County's Department of Emergency Management offices and other County storage and offices. Tres West Engineers provided mechanical design services for the Emergency Operations Center and provided both mechanical and electrical engineering services for the other portions of this project. The EOC itself occupies 11,600 square feet. The entire office/ storage/warehouse complex is approximately 80,000 square feet. The total budget for the entire site is approximately $10 million.
	Tacoma - Pierce County Health Department Chiller Replacement, Tacoma, WA Provided mechanical and electrical consulting services as prime design consultant for the replacement of the chiller at the Tacoma-Pierce County Department of Health Building.
	King County Eastgate Health Center HVAC Loads Analysis, Seattle, WA Analyzed the indoor air quality of the facility by field load data collection, HVAC load calculations and HVAC systems analysis. Provided a condition report and recommendations and briefed facility staff on progress.
	King County Pool Water Chemistry Chlorine System Replacement, Seattle, WA As prime design consultant, replaced chemistry control systems with liquid chlorine systems in four King County pools.
	Grays Harbor County Courthouse, Grays Harbor, WA Tres West Engineers conducted a survey of existing electrical systems and prepared an assessment report, list of recommendations and a preliminary cost estimate for repairs necessary for the preservation of a historic structure.
