Olympia High School Renovations and Additions, Olympia, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for the renovation and addition to Olympia High School. The project included 135,034 square feet of remodeled space and 95,050 square feet of additions. The renovated areas received a complete replacement of all mechanical systems with all new plumbing, HVAC and building control systems, and electrical systems with all new fire alarm, intercom/pa, clock, and security systems were installed. Included on the campus were classrooms, an auditorium, a gymnasium, locker rooms, science wing, administrative space, student commons, and parking lot areas with exterior lighting. The total construction cost for this project was approximately $28 million and it was completed in 2001. Tres West has provided all phases of services for this project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
	Langley Middle School Addition, Langley, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for the additions to the Classroom Building and Gymnasium totaling 10,430 square feet. The scope of work included design for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection sprinklers, site utilities, scoreboards, controls, and PA system in the multi-purpose room.
	Bryant Elementary School Remodel, Seattle, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for the remodel of the main building and building additions at Bryant Elementary School. The main building scope consisted of moving the administration offices and converting the existing lunchroom into a new childcare center, as well as reconstructing the classrooms and replacing all the HVAC, controls, electrical, intercom/pa, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. Additions to the site include a Learning Resource Center, multipurpose room, a gym in the court area, a secondary rear entrance, and a gallery.
	Whatcom Community College - LRC/Fine Arts Building, Bellingham, WA Tres West Engineers provided electrical design services for systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, paging system, auditorium sound system, telecommunications, and intrusion detection.
