Venture Bank Headquarters Building, DuPont, WA The Venture Bank headquarters building is a new three-story facility of 54,000 square feet that will house the headquarters for Venture Bank and other office and retail occupancies. The scope of work for our firm included design for HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical power, plan for backup power generator, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm, security, data/communications, CCTV, and access control systems.
	General Administration Building, Capitol Campus, Olympia, WA Tres West Engineers has provided engineering services on several projects over the years, to include an upgrade of the building electrical service and tenant improvements for the State Patrol, State Printer and State Treasurer. One project involved Tres West providing design services for the replacement of the HVAC system for the entire 280,000 square foot building which houses many administrative offices for essential state services. All of these projects were constructed with the building occupied.
	Qwest Communications - 1600 Bell Plaza, Seattle, WA Qwest Communications' administrative departments are located in this office building in Seattle. Tres West provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the renovation of offices, training space and a conference room located in the building.
	Rainier Pacific Bank Headquarters, Tacoma, WA Tres West Provided electrical engineering service for this five-story, class A, 60,000 square foot, post tension concrete office building as part of an ongoing revitalization program called "Destination Downtown." These services included lighting, power systems, load calculations and permit applications. The building houses the headquarters of Rainier Pacific Bank with a bank branch located of the street level. The building also has space for customer services, training rooms, administrative offices and data center, public plaza, retail/restaurant space, and an 80,000 square foot above-ground parking garage.
	OB2, Olympia, WA OB2 is "Office Building 2" in Olympia, which houses a variety of State of Washington departments. The multi-story building totals 325,000 square feet in size. Tres West Engineers has provided engineering services for various upgrades to the building over several years. These projects included tenant improvements, restroom upgrades, and computer renovations.
