Olympia High School Renovations and Additions, Olympia, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for the renovation and addition to Olympia High School. The project included 135,034 square feet of remodeled space and 95,050 square feet of additions. The renovated areas are receiving a complete replacement of electrical systems with all new power, lighting, fire alarm, intercom, clock, and security systems being installed. Included on the campus are classrooms, an auditorium, a gymnasium, locker rooms, science wing, administrative space, student commons, and parking lot areas with exterior lighting. The total construction cost for this project is $28 million. Tres West provided all phases of services for this project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
	Highline Community College Building 6 Bookstore Recapture, Des Moines, WA Electrical design included replacement of lighting fixtures to meet current energy code requirements. New data communications outlets and wiring were planned to meet program requirements for the new proposed space.
	Macau Casino, Lakewood, WA The Macau Casino is located in Lakewood, Washington, and is a brand new 10,800 square foot facility. Activities include casino games, a restaurant, bar, and offices/administration. Tres West Engineers was employed directly by the developer to design services for lighting systems that was beyond the abilities of his design-build contractor. Construction was completed in May of 2007.
	Mission Creek Corrections Center Womens Dormitory, Belfair, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical services for the minimum-security women’s correctional center. The correctional center is located on the southern side of Bremerton, Washington, four miles outside of the Belfair city limits. The total project cost was $1.9 million. Mechanical services included HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Electrical services included underground electrical conduit design, overhead feed to transformer, wiring and conduits for power poles, conduits and wires for data, and conduits for fire alarms.
	Curtis Junior High School Replacement, University Place, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the 135,000 square foot educational facility. Tres West has provided all phases of services for this project from pre-design services to construction administration. Power distribution and lighting were included as part of the scope of work.
	Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride, Mountlake Terrace, WA Provided electrical engineering services for the expansion of the existing park and ride facility. The new facility will have a four level parking structure for 880 spaces. The total project cost is approximately $17.5 million. Design elements include site lighting, parking structure lighting, exit identification, emergency illumination, power distribution system, branch circuit wiring, and a CCTV security system.
