Provided analysis and programming of mechanical and electrical systems for various building configuration options. These options ranged from basic upgrades directed at extending the life of the facility for ten years to extensive upgrades intended to provide expanded facilities, such as a zero-depth pool and weight/exercise rooms.

Provided electrical and mechanical design for addition of a new wading pool and spray ground to the existing pool facility. Scope included design for chemical disinfection, power for mechanical pool equipment, and two pool water circulation systems.

Mountlake Terrace Pool Evaluation, Mountlake Terrace, WA

Determined the configuration of the pool water and natatorium air handling systems and assessed system condition. Performed calculations for both the pool water and natatorium air handling system to determine system adequacy. Analyzed both systems, based on calculations, to determine if any system changes were needed and what they should be. Made recommendations for changes based on performance analysis and condition.
