Provided electrical engineering for lighting, power and communication system upgrade for the 1st Floor Senate Hearing Rooms. Design included a new generator addition to provide power for elevators.

Provided electrical engineering design services including: Field Investigation, Contract Documents, Cost Estimates and Construction Observation for a new Police Facility.


Cedar Creek Corrections Center

Larch Correction Center

HVAC and plumbing design for Administration, Kitchen, Warehouse, Minimum Security Area and Inmate Housing. Services included Field Investigation, Contract Documents, Cost Estimates and Construction Observation.


Highway Licenses Building

Highway Licenses Building Renovation, Capitol Campus,

Electrical consultant for a seven-story building renovation including new lighting, receptacles, telephone/communications wiring for data communication system and fire alarm system.


Rainier School

Rainier School Fire Alarm Upgrade, Buckley, WA

Provided planning and design for a new addressable network fire alarm system for the whole campus. A new central station was placed in the city of Buckley Fire Department for alarm monitoring around the clock. This project was the first phase of fire alarm replacement and upgrades to meet current codes and ADA requirements on a campus consisting of ten resident halls.


General Administration Building

General Administration Building HVAC Improvements, Capitol Campus, Olympia, WA

This 280,000 square foot building houses many administrative office for essential state services, such as the Department of Revenue, the Washington State Patrol, and the Division of Engineering and Architectural Services. Tres West Engineers, as prime design contractor, provided design services to replace the central HVAC systems in the North and South penthouses. The replacement had to occur while the building was occupied, with minimal disruption to normal activities. The project was completed in May of 2001, on time and under budget.
