	Kapowsin Elementary School, Graham, WA This is a new school for which Tres West Engineers designed an earth coupled water source heat pump HVAC system. A horizontal Geo-thermal field under the new playfield provides for the heating and cooling requirements of the system. This project was completed in 2003 with an overall cost of $6.9 million.
	Mt. Rainier High School, Des Moines, WA Tres West Engineers is currently providing mechanical and electrical engineering services for the construction of a complete new high school, which is 207,143 square feet in size. The school contains all normal high school facilities including classrooms, shop rooms, administrative offices, kitchen, cafeteria, and a gymnasium. Along with the normal electrical systems, Tres West Engineers is providing design, specifications and cost estimates for a video surveillance system for both inside and outside of the buildings. The design includes specifying the cameras, head-end equipment and cabling for a web based system. Total project costs are expected to be $49.6 million with mechanical systems at $8.5 million and electrical systems at $4.7 million.
	Midland Elementary School, Tacoma , WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for a new 46,311 square foot school costing $7.5 million. Mechanical/electrical systems costs totaled $2.1 million. Completion occurred in 2003.
	Enumclaw Middle School, Enumclaw, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for a new school of 79,920 square feet costing $11.8 million, which was completed in 2000. Mechanical/electrical systems costs totaled $3 million.
	Bethel Elementary School, Spanaway, WA Tres West provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 48,800 square foot facility. Systems included power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, HVAC, plumbing and a communications network. The services provided ranged from schematic design and bid documents to construction administration. Additional services included value engineering and conducting a life cycle cost analysis. Construction was completed in 2000 at a total cost of $16 million.
	William R. Wiley Elementary School, Richland, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for this brand new elementary school that is 48,000 square feet in size. Our involvement was from schematic design through construction administration and commissioning The project was completed in 1999 and contained a groundwater heat pump system.
	Highland Park Elementary School, Seattle, WA Highland Park Elementary is a new facility of 71,000 square feet. Construction of the $11 million project started in the spring of 1998 and was completed in 1999.
