Tres West Engineers has extensive experience in the design of exterior building lighting, as well as parking lot lighting and transit canopy lighting. This experience is in a number of different types and styles of facilities for State, County and City municipalities.

	Fern Hill Elementary School Renovation, Tacoma, WA As part of the complete renovation of this elementary school in 2006, all interior and exterior lighting was upgraded with new fixtures.
	Puyallup Commuter Rail Station, Puyallup, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for a commuter rail station consisting of two permanent 600-foot long passenger platforms with metal and glass platform canopies and a depot shelter with clock tower. The scope of work included lighting for the platforms, shelter, parking lot area and bus aisle.
	Sumner Commuter Rail Station, Sumner, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for a commuter rail station consisting of two permanent 600-foot long passenger platforms with metal and glass platform canopies and a depot shelter with clock tower. The scope of work included lighting for the platforms, shelter, parking lot area and bus aisle, as well as the restrooms. Total site size is 6.3 acres.
	Renton Transit Center, Renton, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for a commuter rail station consisting of two permanent continuous shelters approximately 200-feet long each. There is also a P.I.C. (Public Information Center) building consisting of office area, public restrooms and mechanical and electrical room. The scope of work included lighting for the site, street, parking lot and some display areas.
	Capitol Campus Parking Lots Lighting, Olympia, WA Tres West Engineers conducted an electrical study to determine the nighttime foot-candle levels at the parking lots serving the Mansion Building, General Administration Building, and Office of Personnel.
	Clallam Transit Center, Port Angeles, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for a new maintenance and office facility of 36,500 square feet including interior, exterior and parking lot lighting.
	Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride, Mountlake Terrace, WA Tres West Engineers provided mechanical and electrical design services for the expansion, which will have a four-level parking structure for 880 spaces. The total project cost is approximately $17.5 million. Design elements include site lighting, parking structure lighting, exit identification, emergency illumination, a power distribution system, branch circuit wiring, and a CCTV security system.
